Dr. Agbu Kefas has been formally welcomed into the All Progressives Congress (APC), a move widely described as a major political boost for Taraba State and a clear alignment with the Renewed Hope agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Speaking at the event, Honourable Usman Bobboi Jauro congratulated the state on what he described as a timely and strategic decision to join the progressive family. “Governor Agbu Kefas’ decision to align Taraba with the APC is a decision rooted in the interest of the people and the future of the state,” Jauro said.
He added that President Tinubu’s leadership has created opportunities for states that are ready to key into the Renewed Hope vision.
“The Tinubu administration has shown commitment to infrastructure, economic reforms, and people-centered governance. Taraba is now better placed to attract these dividends,” he stated.
Jauro further described the APC as a platform built on progressive ideals and national development.
